Manav Infra Projects follows a transparent and fair approach to refunds and cancellations. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for services rendered and projects undertaken. Clients may request the cancellation of a project or service before the commencement of work. Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and approved by the company. Once the project has begun, cancellations will be subject to the terms outlined in the contract. If a project is canceled after work has commenced, Manav Infra Projects reserves the right to recover costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including labor, material procurement, administrative expenses, and other related charges.

Refunds are not applicable for completed projects or services already rendered. In cases where an advance payment has been made, refunds will be considered based on the stage of project completion and after deducting applicable charges. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, as per the agreed payment terms.

In the event of project delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control, Manav Infra Projects will work with the client to find a suitable resolution. However, such situations do not automatically qualify for a refund unless specifically stated in the contract.

Manav Infra Projects reserves the right to cancel a project or contract due to non-compliance with agreed terms, failure to make timely payments, legal or regulatory constraints, or any other valid reason deemed necessary by the company. In such cases, any outstanding dues must be settled before the termination of the contract.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in business practices or legal requirements. The latest version of the policy will always be available upon request or through official communication channels.
